Coronado is considered the crowned neighborhood of San Diego, mainly because it has been one of the most luxurious areas, historically. It is a peninsula just off the coast of Downtown San Diego, which is typically considered an island by many locals and visitors, alike.

Guests will be dropped off at the Ferry Landing, which is the bay side of the Island. From here, guests get phenomenal views of the city skyline and Coronado Bay Bridge. They will get an explanation of the skyline, history of Downtown, San Diego, and well as information about the bridge. After the historic portion of this area, guests will be led to 3 establishments for a food tasting, which will include BBQ food, Italian, and a gourmet cupcake. After the food tasting, guests will be led to a local brewery for a brief brewery tour for 2 samples of the local brew with one of the representatives. After the beer tasting, guests will be picked up by the bus, and continue on a drive around Coronado along millionaire row, and throughout the affluent community until they get dropped off at the Hotel del Coronado.  The guide will explain the history of Coronado, and then the group will have some free time to tour the hotel on their own (So Diego Tours cannot legally take tour groups into the Hotel del Coronado).
