This bike tour takes you through the Embarcadero, Seaport Village, the Gaslamp Quarter, Coronado Ferry Landing, Hotel del Coronado, and beach in one day. Learn about the history of this port city while you take in views of the Bay as we ride along the harbor.
Meet at 1355 North Harbor Drive to pick up your bike and meet your guide. Your guide leads you along the Embarcadero and talks to you about plans to revitalize the area to making it a major, thriving destination for tourists and locals alike. Feel free to take pictures of the water vessels at the Maritime Museum and the iconic U.S.S. Midway as we head toward Seaport Village.
Board the San Diego Bay Ferry for a 20-minute ride across the bay to Coronado Ferry Landing. Once on Coronado, ride along the waterfront as you marvel at the beautiful San Diego skyline and ride under the Coronado Bridge past the beautiful estates. Tour the Hotel del Coronado, and listen to stories that will give you an idea about why the hotel is considered one of the most haunted buildings in America. Ride along the Pacific Ocean to the Navy’s North Island and back to the ferry to return to San Diego proper.
